Step by Step:
1. Have two participants on each mat.
2. The rest of the participants are lined up next to one of the mats.
3. All participants on the mats will grab their right ankle with their hand.
4. They will then put their left palm against their opponent's left palm.
5. The goal is to make their opponent put their right foot down, or have them fall.
6. The participant that falls or puts their other foot down has to leave the mat, and the next participant in line comes on.
7. That participant gets to choose if they have to hold their right ankle, or left ankle.
8. If they choose left ankle, then they will try to push each other over with their right hand.
9. A participant can only stay on their mat for 3 wins. After their 3rd win, they have to leave the mat and join a line, and 2 new participants go on the mat.
Variations:
Could have participants holding hands, instead of just the palms touching.

Adaptations (General):
