Set up:
Set up the different activities in a clock formation. See attached document for example of set up.
From 12 to 1 o'clock have a mat set up. Have a pylon set up at 1 o'clock and another set up at 3 o'clock. From 3 o'clock to 6 o'clock, have hoops set up for hopping and jumping. Have a pylon at 6 o'clock and two pylons forming a net at 9 o'clock. Have a pylon at 11 o'clock.
Participants can start at different stations, and will all be holding a tennis ball.
Step by Step:
1. Participants will go through the activities in a clockwise direction.
2. See attached document for example of activities and clock set up.
3. For the mat, they will do a log roll (sideways roll) on top of it.
4. From 1 to 3 o'clock they will do high knees or lunges between the pylons.
5. From 4 to 6 o'clock, they will jump/hop through the hoops that are set up. Hop on one foot for the single hoops, and jump with one foot in each hoop for the hoops that are next to each other.
6. From 6 to 9 o'clock, they will put their tennis ball on the ground and kick it until they get to the net and kick it through the net made with pylons at 9 o'clock.
7. They will pick up their tennis ball and run to the pylon located at 11 o'clock and do 10 jumping jacks.
8. Then they will throw their tennis ball into a bucket or hoop located just outside the 'clock' formation.
9. Then they will start the circuit again.
Variations:
Select different activities/exercises for participants to do (Jump like a frog from one pylon to the other, weave around pylons (with a ball), jump over pylons etc...)
At the end, they have to throw their tennis ball into a hoop/bucket/net.
Have them use a soccer ball.

Adaptations (General):
Try to develop a series of activities that correspond with the abilities and strengths of all participants.
