Set up:
Divide the participants into groups of 3-4 participants.
Set up 9 (or so) baskets or bins around the area with a number between 1-9 written on each one to signify which hole it is.
Set up pylons or skipping rope for where participants are to "tee" (throw) off for each hole.
Make sure they are a fair distance away from the starting point and the other holes.
Some holes could have obstacles in the way such as trees, benches, other bins etc.
Give each participant a frisbee.
Give each group a piece of paper and pencil where they will write each participant's name and track the number of throws for each participant for each hole.
Step by Step:
1. Have groups start at different holes, but they will all go in order of where they start. If a group starts at the 5th hole, then they will go from 5th hole through to 9th hole and then 1st hole and end at the 4th hole.
2. Each group will start at the pylons or rope with the number of the hole taped on.
3. Each participant's goal is to throw their frisbee so that it hits or lands in the hole (basket or bin) the least amount of times.
4. One at a time, each participant will throw their frisbee from the starting line, aiming to throw it towards the hole.
5. When each participant in the group has thrown, they all go to the frisbee that is furthest away from the hole and that participant throws their frisbee again towards the hole. That participant has now thrown 2 times, so they are at 2 for that hole.
6. They will go to the next frisbee and that participant will throw.
7. Make sure the participants are not standing in front of the participant throwing.
8. Continue like this until all participants have hit the hole.
9. Each participant will write on the piece of paper the number of throws it took them to hit the hole.
10. Have a maximum number of points a participant can get for each hole. If the maximum number is 6, then if a participant still hasn't hit the hole after 6 holes, they can keep throwing, but they'll only get 6 for that hole.
11. Participants play all 9 holes.
12. At the end, they add up all the holes for their final points.
Variations:
Could do it in pairs, and the pairs alternate the thrower for each throw.
Increase or decrease the number of holes.
Increase or decrease the distance of the hole.
Have a different challenge for each hole. Hole 6, could be try to get the furthest throw. Hole 2, could be to try to get a "hole in one" (make sure it is close to the starting point).
Play indoors and set up many obstacles or targets for participants. An example could be, they have to throw it underneath a bench in order to get to the hole.

Adaptations (Blindness/Visual Impairment):
Have another participant (a group member) work closely with those who are blind or visually impaired to help orient them towards where to aim their Frisbee.

Adaptations (Mobility Impairment):
For participants who have a mobility limitation which makes it difficult for them to throw, consider cutting down on the distance they must throw, or allow them to throw the Frisbee from within their group which is closest to the "hole".
