Set up:
If playing indoors, the boundaries can be the outside lines of the gym. If playing outdoors or indoors where there are no lines, set up boundaries using pylons to create a playing space.
Designate one or two participants to start as "it", and give them each a soccer ball.
Have a bag of soccer balls on the outside of the boundaries.
Give each participant that is not "it", 3 beanbags.
Step by Step:
1. Each participant that is not "it" will have 3 beanbags. They are to stack these ontop of their head and hold them there with one or two hands.
2. On the word 'go', all participants will start running around in the play area.
3. Participants that are "it" have a soccer ball and have to try and kick the ball so it hits a participant's feet.
4. Remind them, that it has to hit their feet, so the kick cannot be too hard or high.
5. When a participant is hit, they have to take one of their beanbags and place it outside of the boundaries.
6. Once a participant is hit 3 times, they will have lost all of their beanbags.
7. They are now "it" and have to go retreive a ball from the outside of the boundaries and join the other "its".
8. Play for a set amount of time, or until there is only one participant left that is not "it".
9. If a participant drops one or more of their beanbags while running, those count as losing them, and they have to put those outside the play area.
Variations:
Start with more or less participants as "it".
Use foam balls and have participants roll or throw them so they hit participants below the knee.

Adaptations (Blindness/Visual Impairment):
Have another participant guide those who are blind or visually impaired. The guide would not need to carry bean bags and would not be penalized should the ball hit their feet.

Adaptations (Mobility Impairment):
Encourage participants with a mobility limitation who may be unable to run to move in a way that is most comfortable for them.
