Other Skills:
Speed
Set up:
Create boundaries with cones that is about the size of a gym.
Select one or two participants to start as "it".
Turn the sun on.
Step by Step:
1. The goal for "it", is to step on ("tag") other participants shadows.
2. When they do, they say "freeze shadow", and that participant has to freeze.
3. The only way to be unfrozen is for another participant to give a shadow high five to the frozen participant's shadow.
4. Continue for a set amount of time.
5. Switch participants that are "it".
6. Another rule to add is that if two participant's shadows are giving a "high five", then they can't be tagged. However they can only be in this position for a total of 3 seconds, then they have to split apart and start running.
Variations:
Play that if a participant is "tagged", they are the new "it" or join the participant that is "it".
When a participant is tagged, they have to do 10 squats before they can be unfrozen.
