Safety Considerations: Remove any safety hazards and obstacles from the activity area.
Remind participants to be aware of their surroundings and to keep their head up.
Equipment: No equipment necessary.
Objective:
Participants do the designated movements for each action that the leader calls. The actions will be slower and less vigorous, as these are to help the participants cool down.

Set up:
Have participants all start at one end of the activity space or gym.
Step by Step:
1. All participants start at one end of the activity space.
2. The leader will call out actions and participants have to do the designated action/movements.
3. Example of actions are:
- Stroll - Walk in any direction
- Speed - Speed walk in any direction
- Frolic - Skip in any direction
- March - March on the spot
- Crab Walk - Participants crab walk in any direction
- Balancing Crab Left/Right - Participants get into the crab walk position, and put their left leg in the air (or right leg, if the leader says right)
- Have a seat - Participants have a seat in the air (squat)
- Reeeeeach - Participants go on their tiptoes and reach high with their arm (like their reaching into a cupboard, or in a cookie jar that is high up)
- Jumping High Five insert number - Participants give a jumping high five to the number of participants the leader says
Variations:
Change the actions into anything else. Have a sport theme and have all the actions related to sport; participants pretend to shoot a basketball, kick a soccer ball, get a touchdown, serve a tennis ball, spike a volleyball and so on.
